No complaint on room or hotel. Staff good. But reception / bar / food/ room service/ room problems dealt with only 2 staff. They are having to do everything.

A quiet little hotel - at least when I booked in on the 31st last month. The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful, as my husband and I had missed the last NYE train and needed a quick booking to stay overnight. I didn't get her name, but thank you for sacrificing your New Year's Eve to help people like us who apparently don't plan our travel well 😂 The room was pretty nice. A warm shower and a comfy bed. The TV didn't work and nor did the kettle, though, so luckily, we weren't staying for long enough to need those. Otherwise, it's perfect for an unexpected overnight stay!

The shower pressure was ridiculously low, tiny bathroom with no bathtub (walk in shower) and no soaps. - No hairdryer - Small room - NO FREE WiFi !!! The positives are the customer service, when you check in. Also the location is right next to lakeside shopping centre with a good view.

Stayed for a work event. Room was spotless. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The whole place is very clean. It's been a long time since I stayed with Travelodge and I will be back. Totally impressed. Thank you Travelodge Thurrock.

Was a nice stay room over looking lake so was a really nice view, food was ok for evening meal not great portion size, breakfast was nice and was good price in total for meal deal

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do sklepów, centrum handlowych oraz innych atrakcji. Obok hotelu jest klimatyczne jeziorko. Pokoje czyste, łóżko bardzo wygodne. Możliwość wymiany ręczników oraz wyniesienia śmieci na życzenie. Obsługa przesympatyczna, zawsze witała z uśmiechem gdy się przechodziło w recepcji. Z minusów to jedynie WiFi które jest darmowe przez 30min, a później trzeba za nie płacić za dzień lub tydzień co się nie opłaca, więc dla podróżujących z innych krajów się bardziej opłaca kupić kartę SIM i wykupić pakiet z internetem.

the room was extremely dirty Bed sheets were quite dirty and stained. View from room was amazing lakeside view but could only imagine how awful the room would be if it was not for that view. Also in the lift it’s says free WiFi but when you go to use the WiFi it’s free for 30 mins, then you have to pay a fee of £3 every 24 hours. Shocking a hotel has not got free hotel WiFi with the room. I probably would stay here again though as location was perfect very close to lakeside shopping mall and other activities.

Wow amazing hotel that especially have amazing friendly polte staff. That take pride in there work .me and my hubby come for our date night.we was welcomed by Dawn and jasmine. We'll they are lovely. Through the night dawn was so lovely we spoke why we was down at bar. I would say she is a friend now. The rooms was spotless better then any other hotels the price is fantastic food and drink amazing nothing to much trouble. We will always recomed thus hotel ad for location and cleanness and the all the staff was amazing especially dawn lovely lady. Will be coming back again. The price for breakfast is so good and kids can eat free. Fantastic

Pretty good can be loud during the weekends but week days not bad very nice but some times can get drive races outside apart from that pretty nice also the best the is the view the lake

Staff were great.. but no water is a massive blow. Want to be refreshed for the day ahead but with no running water a big problem.. obviously was a one off but very frustrating and disappointing

Great customer service from the receptionist supervisor! The travelodge is in a great location and it's only 4 mins walk to the shopping centre! It has everything around it! Will stay here again when I'm in the area!

The hotel appears to be new, with modern building and well-maintained facilities. The food is good, and its lakeside location makes it particularly appealing during the summer. However, it’s somewhat far from the train station, making transportation less convenient, especially for trips to and from central London.

I had a fantastic stay at Thurrock Lakeside Travelodge. The staff were so friendly and couldn't fault their service. Even down to dietary requirements. They were so helpful. The food was very nice. The room was lovely and aired when I got there. And the view of the lake and the shopping centre was a welcome sight to see. Lovely seeing the sunset as it went down as well. I had a great time and slept very well.

Great location right next to Lakeside shopping centre with plenty of restaurants to choose from. Staff were welcoming and friendly on arrival. Easy check in. We had an accessible room, very spacious for wheelchairs and walkers. The wet room was massive. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, nice comfy big bed and our room had a view of the lake where the swans and ducks were. Very quiet too. We'll definitely stay here again. Incredibly good price for a god night's sleep

The moment we arrived we had a lovely friendly greeting from Nadia in reception to the helpful staff at breakfast. Could not fault the breakfast had everything you could think of and could eat and drink as much as you like, which made my hubby happy. Our room was clean and had a nice view over the lake will definitely stay again.
